Absa is a financial institution and they should just stick to that insurance is just not their thing Brolink handles the claims on behalf of Absa insurance brokers (ACB). Premiums are very high service is very low! 20 days later my car is not fixed yet they still take the courtesy car! The Brolink agents highly *********** lack customer service s****s and are cold lets not forget lazy as you always have to be the one who follows up on a claim they advise the incorrect dates on the progress of a claim! DO NOT INSURE WITH ABSA IT JUST WONT WORK!
