Absa insurance what a joke

<p>In the begining of May i have had a burgalary at my house. the Glass door as well as my security door has been runed to get into my house. i have phoned Absa vryburg Branch to help my with my claim. the Lady @ the branch told me that she could not help me with my claim other wise she could get fired . i never heard if you help a coustomer you can get fired. so i have phoned the Absa insurance and give them my claim. The next day Elsebe phoned me and told me just to insert a new door. i got a quotation from PG Glass vryburg. i phoned her the next day and she told me to go ahead. since then no payment has been done. PG Glass has send her the invoice. Still no Payment. PG glass vryburg invormed melast week that they will take leagal action against me for that outstanding invoice. i cant belive nothing has been done to speed payment. I have to pay that account form my pocket because it seems to me i will have to wait for ever to get payment done. i will change my building insurance. Never Absa again </p>
