My car hit something underneath it damaged the sump and affected the engine. This happened at 5am on N14 on the 30th June it's winter it was still dark. My son had to drive to the nearest safe place which will be a garage on R55 road. The car is a right off Absa says my son was supposed to stop immediately after the incident it doesn't matter where, they don't care about his safety, the occupants in the car included his female cousin.

How many people are attacked on the high ways, being ******, ****ed and ****d. My son had to drive to the nearest safe place, Absa insurance says he was not supposed to drive after the incident. Who stops on the high way at 5am? Even if it was me driving I was going to drive to the nearest safe place.

So Absa clients if anything happens to your car IT DOESN'T MATTER YOUR SAFETY YOU MUST STOP OR ELSE YOU Will be told you did not take preventative steps to avoid extra loss on the car. The preventative step is to stop on the high way @ 5am after the incident where your life is at a high risk. I guess if my son did not think about his safety and stop on N14 that time and something happens to him Absa will be happy to replace the sump only don't care about his safety. You cannot replace lives you can replace a car which they refuse to do while I have a comprehensive cover with them.
