ABSA INSURANCE USELESS

I have had my house insured wih ABA since 1982-3. During the severe winds in October 2017 in Durban area a border wall was blown down, half of it into swimming pool. I have contacted them at least 10 ? 15 times and have been sent from pillar to post. They sent some VERY *********** "builders" who made a complete mess using the same old bricks which were not sufficient to complete the wall, They dropped cement all over the tiles, disrupted the electrical connections on/near the wall and then VANISHED with an 80% completed MESS. Since then a building contractor & pool company have arrived & both were amazed at the shoddy work done by Upwards Spiral "builders", who after a period of about 2-3 weeks phoned & I told them to not return to my property. The pool went green & became a frog colony. I have contacted their "action" line / centre & still nobody has arrived to fix the problem/s. 2 people arrived to assess damage & took numerous photographs of storm damage A huge branch also broke during severe winds, & fell on roof destroying gutter & corner of roof. ABSA offered me a paltry sum of R4000+ which would only cover removal of large branch. Since then I have been told several times that ABSA is the WORST insurance company to be avoided at all cost. BAD, BAD SERVICE :(
