Absa Insurance tries to "hide" report from me?
Absa Insurance's Loss adjuster refuse to send me the latest report which they used to calculate my claim's payout and determining the replacement value of my home. He just said he did sent it, but I did not get it. I asked him per email to then send it to me again then, which he has not. It has been weeks now. The reason is probably because the "fencing" was part of the calculation and Absa refused to pay out my 2 nd claim for the fencing (which a car accident damaged) , saying that the fencing was not covered in the policy. If they would just send me the report I can see if they used the "fencing" amount or not. If they did use it, they MUST pay out my fencing claim. The "fencing" was included in the last report I received from Absa Insurance.
Here is the content of my last email to them which was ignored: Ivan,
I cannot find a calculation of the settlement offer’s “Replacement calculation. Can you please send it to me again then.
Thank you.
Regards
I just wonder why they are now trying to "hide" the report I am requesting. It appears to me that they know, that if I see that the fencing was on the calculations, that I have a valid claim. Why would they otherwise not send it to me, as asked by me? What do YOU think Mr Public?
