Absa insurance - trickery

For 12yrs I have had building insurance that hasn't been paying out any claims for repairs. I requested to cansel and Absa is being difficult, sending me from pillar to post for three weeks now after declining an alternative cover from Standard Bank requesting information but refusing to put it on Absa letterhead for the other bank to amend. I find it odd that they give me the same complicated response I got with claims when all I want is to cansel and get something worth my money. This is so wicked .
