ABSA Insurance the worst ever

ABSA Insurance is the worst insurance ever. When you call they just put you on hold until the line cuts. Email's do not get answered and they do not ever calls you back. No client service what so ever and they have the worst suppliers ever. ABSA send AD Plumbers to my house in December, which broke a tile on the roof and caused the roof to leak. The Plumber keeps on lying about breaking the tile that they broke. If you get an sms that AD Plumbers was appointed to fix your geyser. Do yourself a favour and do not allow them on your property, you will have the same nightmare experience I had. Complaints has been loaded and ABSA still do not come back to you. Managers is never available and also do not give you a call back after left a number of messages. Nothing happens...
