Absa insurance the biggest ******* on the plannet

Absa insurance is a bunch of ******* ... 5 weeks ago i got back from vacation and realized my 2x borehole pumps where ******. I immediately phoned absa to launch a claim on the saturday. Absa sent elyte chem from pretoria to come and assess the damage ... they came and installed a borehole pump for the one borehole the monday at 2PM ... when they were done installing the pump it was pumping muddy water ... i phoned absa and elyte chem and complained .but they did not do anything ... Mr Nathan (manager at absa) promised me that absa will make sure that i have clean drinking water again and that it will be the same as before the theft incident. What happened to absa's promises .i waited 5 weeks just to get a NO from absa after getting quotations for absa ,reports ive waisted so much money on phone calls and call out fees for contractors to come and inspect the boreholes and write reports for absa . Im a 23 year old student where must i get the money to fix all the damages that was caused by the theft. I have no municipality water here i rely on the borehole's water ...
