Absa Insurance terrible customer service

<p>Terrible service. Claim number ********** . We have a burst Geyser, Water pouring out the roof. Claim created 2 days ago.</p> <p>Trying to call absa for feedback. No one can help me. They have transferred me to the relevant department 6 times now. Been on the phone for over 30 minutes. Still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have been left with a leaking roof as a result and no hot water. </p> <p> </p> <p>Impossible to get hold of anyone</p>
