Absa Insurance Sucks

<p>My alluminium gutter came of my facia board during a heavy rainstorm on Good Friday, March 2016. After numerous calls and emails, the gutter still hangs from the roof, badly damaged. The rain season has started and the water is flooding. All they do is promise to fix it, but never happens. I have spend a fortune on phone calls to their call center where they just keep you on the line for hours without any closure to the problem. I just wait for my year subscription to expire and will jump to a more reliable insurance.</p>
