ABSA insurance skim people

My car was towed on Friday after the chair and the roof were minor burned, it took me several complain just to get assistance from them , then today a so called assessor called me and said the car has to be written off,( since it’s the cheapest option for them) mind you the car still moves, in fact everything still functions just a chair and minor roof that was burnt, no air bug was activated, the car still moves,
