Absa insurance shortfall cover ****

I canceled a shortfall cover that wanted to deduct the amount I never agreed upon but absa continued to deduct even though the insurance was canceled on 7 November 2023. I called today and was sent from pillar to post and the manager promised to call back and am still waiting for the call ***
