ABSA insurance ripping me off!!!

House insured with ABSA since the day we moved in

About a year and a half ago we had a burst pipe which they covered..
BUT...that incident led to this incident...because of neglicence..and or slapgatgeid

I - not being a carpenter and unknowingly - was told by the repairmen back then that the ceiling cant be fit level?! As the roof trusses were not level (old house I thought..might be true..?!)

At 4 am about a week ago..a big light fitting just fell out of the roof!!! That could have been on one of my kids heads!!!!

ABSA did send somebody to check..I was told by ABSA's contractor that the previous guys did a helluva poor job..

The ceiling can be fitted level!!!

The other ceiling which was just repainted...!! was the one with the issues now..

The current ABSA contractor told me it might be because that ceiling got wet previously..was never redone...now..mid winter..dampness sets in..ceiling becomes softer again...

Bang..light falls out of the roof!!! Laminates banged

Now ABSA tells me Im not covered!!! Shocking/sickening at the very least!!!!

Ive never touched the roof and fitting...only ABSA guys did..

Now Im not insured for this!!!

Come on!!!

This is almost **********!
