Absa insurance - poor delivery

It seems that I have to come to hello Peter every time my parents have an issue with Absa Absa home insurance is so quick to take their monthly premiums without skipping a beat! But when it comes to paying out claims, it lacks professionalism, accountability and efficiency!

This is the second time in 2 years now where I’m having to post something on Hello Peter!

My parents are having an issue with their geyser and have been trying to lay a claim for the past month now but due to Absa’s customer service, they haven’t assisted my mother till this day

It’s cold and there are children in the house - without even having to explain why we need the claim processed, my mother pays for the insurance!

Your service delivery is appalling, and as a future home owner in the near future I would hands down not come to you guys for a loan let alone house insurance!
