ABSA Insurance please choose better service providers

My nightmare with Absa's service providers started a month ago. I noticed that water was leaking inside the bathroom wall. I called and logged a claim. The plumber came I paid the excess of R500 and off he went. It took the following contractor 3 weeks to come out and fill the wall where the plumber fixed the pipe. After I have to call numerous times to the call centre and eventually the contractor himself. He didnt even know what work he had to come do.I yet again have to take off work because these people can't schedule or keep appointments. And wasting my whole day.But the story doesn't get better. This Saturday(heritage day) I noticed water coming out off the wall that the contractors filled up.The same pipe was leaking again! I tried to contact the plumbers.Their offices were closed. I contacted ABSA' s service provider call centre the phone just rings. At last I called Absa after hours insurance line. I explained the situation to the lady and low and behold. She told me the only way that a plumber is coming out again is if I pay the excess of R500 again. I point blank refused. After I told her its the same problem and it was obviously not fixed properly the 1st time. After that a whole to and fro calling took place until they eventually found a manager that understood the situatiom and got the previous plumbing company to come out again and assess if its the same problem. The guy eventually came after 3pm and told me that its the same pipe thats leaking. He can only do a temporary repair because he was actually just sent to do an assessment! It gets worse.Come Monday I yet again have to contact the plumbing company to find out when they are coming to fix the pipe properly.I was told that I have to call the insurance and find out if they are going to pay, because according to them this is now deemed a new claim. At this point I was already climbing the walls. I called the call centre yet again. This agent again told me he has to investigate because a new claim was indeed logged and that I have to pay the excess if a plumber is dispatched again.Yet again I had to explain and the reason why I am refusing to pay the excess. He called me back later the day and said the excess will be waived. Now I had to call the plumbing company again to tell them what the insurance said. We eventually set up an appointment for today Wednesday. It took me 2 days just to get an appointment. I asked the receptionist nicely to make the appointment for 1st thing in the morning because I didnt want to loose another working day.I couldn't get off work so I had to arrange someone to open for them. She made the appointment for 9-10 am. At 10 I called the recptionist to find out where this guy is because I made arrangements for someone to be at my house between that times. She told me this person now have to go attend to something else 1ste before he can attend to me.I understood and this person then stayed to wait. I had to call the receptionist again at 13:30 to find out where this guy is because he was now very late. She said he was still busy!I was furious. I called the Absa insurance call centre to complain about this.Because this people was obviously taking me for a fool.I wasn't a priority because I was not paying them there R500! The agent said he will escalate.I had to let the person leave my house because he also had appointments to keep.At this point I was very angry. Why do you outsource your work to people that cant even keep a simple appointment and treat people like they are not worth the effort. What made me see red this afternoon was when he finally arrived this afternoon after 3pm, he still had the audacity to say that he had wait for someone to come open the gate for him!The cheek! After the person who waited the whole day for him had to drop everything to come!I want this mess to be sorted out immediately. There's a hole that still needs to be filled and another outstanding claim thats already been logged 2weeks ago and still no feedback.I have been a client for more than 10 years ,my payments are always on time and to be treated like this is shamefull. I am ready to move my business to someone else!
