ABSA Insurance not reliable at all

ABSA Home and house content insurances are ****s. They only deduct but when it comes to assisting clients they reject claims. To get to claims department is also a struggle. You spend 2 hours on the phone, should it be dropped they don't call back everytime. I have 3 of my claims rejected already. The last one was my boundry wall claim. The other two claims are said to be wear and tear. The boundry wall is said not to be built according to standards. I only bought the house last year. This made me wonder if they will assist should something happen to the house. I have spent a lot of money even though I have insurance company that I'm paying monthly. ABSA is not a reliable insurance please don't bother using it. Be warned. They only want to debit but do not want to assist clients.
