Absa insurance not reliable

Have recently brought a in July and have selected absa home owners insurance and last month on the 11th of November 2023 there a burglary ( theft) which we reported because it being a Saturday we reported it to the insurance on Monday the 13th of November 2023 and from there it's now been over a month that they have been giving us the run around bank assessor , contractor and even the call center, we have been wait and calling both bank and assessor and both keep blaming each other with not feedback or progress with claim and the assessor keeps on changing his statement ever time we call him saying he submitted his report and when we call the bank only to find he didn't and always changes there statements when we request to speak to a supervisor they say they will call back but it's been 3 weeks of no stop calling everyday and no progress.been the same old news if any one can assist please 🙏.
