ABSA insurance not fulfilling its insurance obligation

ABSA insurance will do everything possible not to fulfill its insurance responsibility. When I ask for the norms and standards on which the decision is based they refuse to provide it. When I ask for the qualifications of the assesor and the responsible persons who made the decision, they refuse to give it. I had to give them the info available at the SABS so they could see how there decision is incorrect. And they say their "experts" have made a decision........ what a joke..... when they don't even know where to find the info on norms and building standards available... I wonder how many other people have been denied claims because of there nameless "experts"? What are you hiding Absa?
