ABSA Insurance, no service
With reference to claim number ***, dated 19 August 2019. This claim was never attended to, resulting in extensive water damage to my kitchen cabinets! Upon enquiry I am informed that the case is closed. This is shocking service.

26 Aug 2019, 10:51A service provider was on site to test for the source of the water pipe leak on Thursday 22 August. It is now Monday, 16 August. THE PIPE STILL LEAKS, and no further action was taken.. How serious is ABSA in attending to urgent insurance claims?

A service provider was on site to test for the source of the water pipe leak on Thursday 22 August. It is now Monday, 16 August. THE PIPE STILL LEAKS, and no further action was taken.. How serious is ABSA in attending to urgent insurance claims?
