ABSA Insurance NO FEEDBACK

ZERO FEEDBACK regarding my storm damage claim 3wks ago. Despite my numerous calls and numerous emails...I am told my urgent request will be "escalated" yet nothing comes of it. Rain got into my main electrical box and ABSA's appointed plumber called to tell me to put rubber gloves on and switch the power off. I called absa to inform them and was told to get my independent electrician of which I did. Now ABSA are questioning why I obtained my own contractor/electrician! Other than that, NO FEEDBACK & I would have had my OWN load shedding had I waited on Absa to get an electrician. 3wks and NO WORD BACK FROM ABSA. Just as well I took my main business to Capitec! Now to find a sound, reliable home insurance company....any suggestions people?
