ABSA INSURANCE NEVER TO BE TRUSTED

I spoke to Jackie who told me I'm in areas, she gave me three figures which where supposedly my new premium amount, I then asked for an email which finally gave me one amount and bank details. I then asked to speak to someone else as we where evidently not understanding eachother. In most questions I had I was told that Sibongile who had sent me my schedule stating my premium would be discounted to R861.09, is no longer working at ABSA (which defeated the purpose of me having her on my schedule as a reference)

I was put through to Christa whom on her side could not see my account being in areas. Never-mind that we had to go back and forth trying to figure why my premium had increased.

In all this ABSA insurance could not take it upon themselves to call or send an email to notify me of the changes. even after I had changed my address and advised of the correct colour of the car and a NEW schedule was sent with an amount of R861.09, NOONE thought of emailing a revised schedule.

The only reason I'm paying this amount while I wait for investigations is because I understand the importance of insurance and not arguing with people LIKE ABSA INSURANCE who'll hold you ransom for information that THEY did not communicate but expect ME TO KNOW.

I will forward the emails that I received from both Jackie and Christa (whom I was so sure I'm being transferred to a person who would be of assistance)
