ABSA INSURANCE IS USELESS!

I have logged a claim to Absa Car insurance on the 30th of November 2023, up until now my car is not fixed, no one has even bothered to contact me, i have been phoning them for enquieries but i get the same excuse that they are waiting for an assessor! I use my car for work on daily basis and now im sitting without a car, they dont even bother to collect it and i am insured and pay my premiums every single month without fail but when it comes to service i am being ignored! Such rotten service from a well established company, i wish to warn others not to ever insure with ABSA! They are a ****!
