ABSA insurance is *****ulent

I have been using ABSA since 2008, but for the first time, I’ve been disappointed. I received a call about their in-house insurance offer which I declined since the premium was way more expensive than my current insurance premium . A month later, they attempted to debit my account, this was without any debicheck approval. I tried to reach out to their call centre and even sent an email regarding this issue to no success, this month, they did the same thing, and even went to take my few remaining funds.

This is disappointing for a bank I valued so highly.
