ABSA insurance is perthetic

<p>Good day, </p> <p>i have been a customer with absa for many years now, i have only claimed twice before and everytime i make a claim i get ****ed off. Before my geyser leaked and messed up my carpet and roof, i had to fight with them to get a contractor out and only after posting on hello peter they made a move. With my current claim i made on the 28th of may 2016 it rained in and damaged my roof again & am still waiting for the contractor to come out, i'v tried phoning but the phone's either just ring or its off. This is the reason i have ended my buseness with absa and i will advise anyone who is a absa customer to make a better choice. PS i have paid up till september so i assume they trying to wait untill it ends.</p>
