Absa Insurance is non responsive

Can anyone tell me how to get a response from Absa Insurance? I have twice emailed them on idirect@absa .co.za and on *** and have had no response beyond the automated reply. Annoyingly when I try to phone them on *** I get a recorded message saying they have high call volumes and the good news is that you can email them! It does not matter how good their policy is if it is not possible to communicate with them. I am only wanting to get a quote!! If its this difficult I fear that a claim would be even worse. Poor service ABSA.
