Absa insurance is just a **** they **** women

My mom has more than 20 years paying and this year when she wanted to claim for a broken fridge with them they refused to pay.. mind you for 20 years she had never claimed anything.. when she she ask for her money back they refuse..

They taking advantage of an old women who has never missed a payment or anything..

She insuranced her house hold thing’s cause they promised her to replace them if anything happens .

Why don’t they just give her money back cause they not keeping they end of the deal
