ABSA INSURANCE IS A ****
Absa is ****ming it's customers and making it difficult to claim insurance. Please stay away from them. I know because I have been a customer for 20 years. They are delaying approving loss of income insurance claim so that they don't pay!!!!!! Stay away please

14 Dec 2023, 15:15Marvellus Chauke at ABSA has closed the matter without helping- It gets worse. ABSA insist that I apply for UIF first and also insist that i give them UI19 form. I have app**** digitally online with the department of labour. My employer explained that they no longer give out hard copy UI19 forms as they digitally linked to Department of Labour. Why is ABSA insisting on a manual model when the world is moving to digital? I have tried to explain to them but to no avail except they are all rude - i am moving all my accounts to another bank but not before taking the matter to the Ombudsman for short term insurance
