Absa Insurance *******ly bills you for insurance!!

I, E.P Bruwer have a home loan with Absa from April 2013 and they asked me if I want insurance which I referred them to my insurance because they were half of what Absa Insurance asked me and Absa agreed that they are certified to do so and the matter was resolved and I am paying my insurance every month. Recently I only found out that Absa is billing me for insurance every year of +-R3000! I did complain against Absa Insurance and they said they will pay me back the money but I asked them what about the interest because they are *******ly lending me money and I had to pay interest on the almost R9000 over the last 3 years. After 2 months complaining to the ombudsman they send me a letter telling me Absa told them everything was finalized and I still haven't received back anything. This is the second time I got this letter from the ombudsman telling me it is resolved and no payments or interest is been payed back.
