ABSA Insurance : I got a giant hole in my wall.. please fix it...

ABSA Home Insurance .. I think it is better that I mix my own cement and fix the hole in my wall myself??

27 December 2018 Pipe burst inside bathroom wall - Phoned ABSA - dispatched plumber - leak detection and fixed same they (left around 8pm) - great service.

28 December 2018 Builder appointed early in the morning - few hours later I phoned the builder, "the number you've dialed doesn't exist" Phoned ABSA to notify them the "builer"/number doesn't exist - they phoned as well and realized the same. ABSA Appointed a new builder - I phoned them immediately as to avoid the issue above- Arranged with Builder to come the 31st Monday

31 December 2018 Builder didn't arrive as scheduled - phoned ABSA - Builder declined due to capacity (Nobdy notified me and this after I liaised directly with builder as per suggestion with ABSA) ABSA appointed another builder - appointment made for Saturday, Morning (Today, 5 January 2019)

05 January 2019 Builder late for appointment - phoned - builder was still asleep (seemingly forgot about our appointment and asked to phoned me back) - phoned me back and asked to reschedule. Phoned various ABSA numbers - I'm told they will only be able to assist on Monday (Working hours Mon - Friday 8am to 5pm) ABSA - Please action as I'm tired of continuously phoning and arranging for builders not to show up - I've got a hole in my wall.. Please fix!
