Absa Insurance (House) ******* charging and claims

<p>Hi i recently after 10years with absa insurance made a claim after a tornado hit my house, other than a claim number ********** there was no response from them to the degree that i cancelled my insurance with them, which also did not make any difference to their response.They did however send me a letter to confirm my cancelling the insurance, but not about my claim or rejection thereof.A woman called Baleseng Xaba promised the world and delivered nothing including no response to any of my e-mails.The thing about this house insurance is also that they charge you for the year upfront and add it to your bond(BEWARE). This then earns them intrest at your bond rate for an insurance that you are charged for upfront.</p>
