Absa insurance hide and seek

I logged a building damage claim ( ********** ) with the insurance on 23 March 2018 following the storm. There was no feedback from the insurance until I called to follow up on 28 March 2018. The Selomo Building Contractors CC owner came to assess the damage on 6 April 2018. I've sent an email enquiring progress to Kagiso Kungwane who stated that the claim was under review. As at 16 May 2018 there is no further communication from the insurance; I'm thus gravely disgruntled with the manner in which this claim is handled.
