ABSA Insurance give a horrible customer experiece

<p>Been trying to get my claim sorted for more than a week to get an assessor out to my house, I keep getting transfered from one person to another and no one is getting back to me. For a company who supposedly prides itself on customer service, it's utterly pathetic, you guys should learn from FNB. Have complained about this before and sent my ID number twice but no one has gotten back to me again, even the complaints department has poor service</p>
