<p>We called absa to put in a claim to fix the roofing of the house as the living condition of the roofing is not good leakage from the roof to the ceiling we are so afraid that it might collapse. However my parents had a home cover with Absa for about 30 odd years and all the consultant could say was they that they don't cover the roofing and ceiling every month they would deduct the amount they have to but when you need to claim you are unable to what do we do ask its a full house cover </p>
