Absa Insurance

In December 2019 i claim was registered at Absa Home Insurance for damages caused by heavy rain to my house perimeter wall. since the registration of the claim No action has been taken by Absa to repair the wall. Several telephone calls to them for feedback has resulted in nothing and requests for Managers to call you back is NON existent. The wall pose a direct security risk to my family but Absa don't see the seriousness in this regard. I will definitely not recommend this insurance and will change mine as soon as the claim is finished.
