Good day the contractor of BM Leibrandt was at my residence on Saturday, they advised the door needs to be replaced, Today n coincidentally ran into Fabian and ask "when they will replace the door " whereby he rep**** the contractor never informed Marlon on what needs to be done, This is not true whilst the contractor was here he called Marlon and explained to him what needs to be done , the gate they fixed broke at the exact place where they fixed it , the welding spots is busy rusting, I am deeply upset by this service I received From Absa and their choice of contactractors and still dont know when the door or gate will be fixed, this is a major security risk to myself and my family as explained before the door doesn't lock at all the gate now doesn't close properly . I hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
