Absa insurance does'nt cover anything why have it.

I have home insurance with Absa bank.2 weeks ago there was a leak coming from my bath when the water is drained going into the walls of my house.Now Absa's assessor came out looked at it from the outside of my house and told me he will get back to me.Now Absa home insurance called my wife to let her know that our home insurance doesnt cover damaged outlet pipes leaking into our walls.This is the worst ever insurance and I will definitely look to cancel it or move my bond.
