Absa Insurance DOES NOT CARE for their customers

I wrote an e-mail to Marietjie Lloyd on 25/09/2017 regarding my game fencing that was damaged by a car accident. On 12/10/2017 I wrote an e-mail to her again, telling her that I have heard nothing from her. Today is 16/10/2017 and I STILL have not heard ANYTHING from her.

I EXPERIENCE THIS AS UTTERLY EXTREMELY DON'T CARE AND BAD SERVICE.

I has 2 email from HOCClaims on 05/10/2017, saying that 2 different people are appointed to handle my claim. Up to today - 11 days later, I had NO CORRESPONDANCE from HOCClaims, nor Marietjie, nor ANYBODY from Absa.

My game fencing is still on the floor. This is p%@ss poor service Absa!!!! The worst I have EVER seen.

Absa Insurance caused me to be "underinsured" when my house burnt down on 25 March 2017. They valued the property 4 years ago and 4 years later my property burnt down due to lightning. Absa again, valued the damage to my house, which was now double the value of 4 years ago. Is this not a clever trick to prove me being 50% "under insured?"

I then could claim 12 months rental loss from the incident (my house is still not finished with the repairs). Absa Insurance paid me 6 months rental loss only. They don't care that I am now living in a house with 1 bedroom completed. Now I have to wait more than a month on a game fence claim - STILL WITHOUT ANY FEEDBACK of the claim.

I know some of you might think that I am lying, but Why do I have to? I promise you that this is the TRUTH. This bad disgusting service is REAL guys. unbelievable, but the truth!!!!

They do not want to put me through to the CEO, but I am soon going to visit him in Head Office "in person".

I will not sleep until I get proper professional service from Absa. I am sure the CEO is sadly, not aware of what is happening in his company. But he will soon know EVERYTHING. I swear that on my word.

I still suffer from post traumatic stress after the fire incident - but Absa don't care about my claims or the position I am in. They act RUTHLESS to say the least!!!

If you want the hear my full story, you can phone me on ********** .

I got a phone call from Absa Insurance telling me that my game fencing, which was damaged by a motorcar rolling over it during a accident, was declined. He said that wire fencing is not covered. BUT, a few months before this incident, my house burnt down and when they made up the list to determine my replacement value, they added these very same game fencing and gate to "up" the value to proof me "under insured" NOW when i claim, its not covered. Absa Absa Absa. We the public is not stupid!!!! i will keep on posting Absa's bad service, until their service is up to date and honest. (i have been spending 36 mins on the phone now (on my account) to try and solve this, but the message is playing over and over. NO assistance.
