Absa insurance contractors poor service
during January this year ABSA appointed John Doore Flooring to replace my laminate flooring at my premises. The contractor on the very first occasion was so rude to me, i reported her to the manager at John Doore head office, who is copied herein, Sally then came to my premises and apologised and she brough a chocolate slab as a token of her apology.
The workmanship from Sally's team was poor, i refused to sign the release form from ABSA as beading were mismatched l, even the first time her team used different colour mismatched and the damaged flooring was all correct and the beading matched. One of these beading are fading at the entrance to my ensuite and i called Ally, Sallys contractor and he promised to come through, he then gave me a version stating that there is no stock and he will advise me when there is stock, do date he has not, i met the previous installer who is known to sally and Ally and he confirmed that there is stock available and confirmed Ally is giving me incorrect information. I tried calling Ally yesterday he did not answer my calls,i sent him a whats app and he then answered it and now he changes his version stating that i must contact Sally.
I called John Doore office in Jhb this morning for assistance and i was told that i will get feedback in 20 minutes, Leeanne at Johndoore then stated to me that i must xomplain to ABSA she cant assist me.
How does ABSA use service providers that are rude to customers and refuse to correct their shoddy work, also how did ABSA pay this company as i had not signed the release Note, i was unhappy about their workmanship and ABSA did not even contact me or inspect their work. I am going to write a complaint on hello Peter if this is not resolved so others can see that ABSA uses shoddy contractors and pays even when i the clibt did not sign the release note.
