ABSA Insurance Company Terrible Service

We have had the most horrific experience trying to submit a very first claim with ABSA Insurance Company with absolutely no response from anyone. Despite indicating that we have an urgent requirement and calling in numerous times since Thursday we have not received any feedback. I honestly did not expect this type of service from ABSA one of the largest banks in SA!
