Absa insurance company *******
I bought a 2013 Mazda BT-50 on 2015 which was financed by Absa, they couldn`t waste time to offer me extended warranty for 24 months which will commence on expiry of manufactures warranty on December 2016 , the warranty product was R4800 with a monthly premium of R200 for 24 months incorporated on vehicle installment, premium debit started from September 2015 with last premium expected to go through on September 2017, to date(2017/12/07) the R200 debit is still active & I was told that my policy/cover expired on September 2017. I`ve asked the consultant how could I opt for an extended warranty while manufactures one was still active by then, Its clearly indicated on cover sheet EFFECTIVE DATE COMMENCES ON THE DATE OR KILOMETERS THAT YOUR MANUFACTURE`S WARRANTY OR MAINTENANCE PLAN EXPIRES hence I took out plan which in this case the extended plan should expire in 2018 December not expired already because it started on 2015, as for the extra 2 months premium that they debited i want a refund and debit be stopped because i went back and forth between finance & innovations without any breakthrough and they hang up my calls. I either get a full refund or my policy be reinstated until December 2018 because I already paid for the product in full without any claim so far. Policy Number:AUEA002085 Thapelo : ********** 981
