ABSA INSURANCE CLAIM - NO SERVICE

Following recent hail damage in Krugersdorp area, submitted claim to ABSA.

The contractors for the electric fence were superb but for the roof not so. They arrived to inspect and about 2 weeks later no follow up.

Try to phone ABSA on their call centre number - on hold for between 15 and 25 minutes - and then get cut off??? SERIOUSLY

Sent an e-mail to the address provided and absolutely NO response.

Service sucks!!!!
