I have been trying to get hold of you for the last 3 weeks with no joy, protected manager that does not handle customer complaints? By choice you have not given your telephone number to your switchboard.

Absa Insurance Claim *** - Mr and Mrs Wall 21 Bauhinia Drive Glen Anil Durban North – Has not been resolved we have been waiting 3 months for a wall to be repaired, a perimeter tree fell over caused the perimeter wall to collapse due to a huge storm on the 24 April 19 in the Durban area.

Please, not this only part of the quote that needs to be resolved.

Myself and my family have been exposed to the elements for the last three months, we have had perpetrators in our yard ongoing for the last three months as they keep pushing over the temporary fixture I have put in place.

God forbid if anything would happen I would need to take it up with ABSA direct due to the lack of service delivery and I am sure the media would love a story of a major bank?
