Absa insurance cancelled and still deducted monthly since 01 June 2019

My House insurance with Absa was cancelled with effect 31 May 2019. On 01 June 2019 the full amount for the annual premiums was debited to my bond account. Almost R13000. Up to today after emails with no reply and calls with promises that it will be solved by a certain date the date comes and goes and the amount is still not credited back to my bond account and i am getting charged interest on this premiun monthly. No calls back. No replies on emails. Even logged a complaint with Absa's complaint department with no luck whatso ever. I can not complain about bad service as there is no service of any kind at all
