Absa Insurance Brokers Life

Good day

My mother has been trying to get a letter from Absa since from 3 weeks ago and she went to the branch and they told her that they will contact securities and until now they have not got back to her. She went to the branch last week and they said they have not heard anything. We then called Absa call centre and she was sent from pillar to post to call several call centre numbers and all she needs is just a letter stating that she does not have a policy with Absa anymore. how hard can that be.
