ABSA Insurance - bad, inconsistant service!

Policy number : ***Claim number : *** We claimed on the 10 July 2020 for a burst water pipe, that I had to have repaired urgently because the water was running into out laundry room. We called a plumber, the leak was fixed. Supp**** ABSA Insurance with all documents and photo's. They do not get back to me to inform us what is happening regarding this claim.
