ABSA Insurance at it again!

ABSA is at it again, I have logged an insurance claim with ABSA insurance due to a burst water pipe that flooded my entire home on the inside damaging all 3 bedrooms' carpets and cupboards. The assessors was already at my place to review damages and given a formal report to ABSA insurance for me to only find out this morning that the claim was rejected by ABSA, They haven't given me any reasons to why the claim was rejected, I got told by Nomsa one of the Consultants that ABSA internal Assessor will need to review, so why another assessor now why in the first place sent out an assessor and now again another assessor, Going on 3 weeks now and till today, nothing done about this matter and worst part of it all, I have asked numerous times to please mark as urgent as I am sitting with n 10 month old baby at home that is sick and for him to live under this circumstances is not healthy, it is a major health risk.
