ABSA Insurance and F.useless appointed contractors

logged a new claim for damage to my roof ref ***<br> The appointed contractor (Magtwist Trading) came on site on Saturday 13 Feb. They were 2 hours late for the appointment and did not bother to contact me beforehand . They took photo's of the damage and were supposed to upload the report and quotation to ABSA. This was supposed to be completed the same afternoon. At least that is what they promised.<br> <br> I have tried to contact the company on the number *** but no luck. It just ring forever nobody bother to go back to the 50 messages I left. ABSA does not make it any easier. I asked for another useless company to be appointed so I can get the matter resolved but this is where it end.<br> <br> No further communication or follow up from ABSA or Magtwist.<br> This is the worst service ever and not the first time it happened.<br> <br> There are no criteria for the useless people you appoint , never the less the useless service providers.<br> Nobody should ever take out any insurance with you , rather use a reputable company when you take out insurance.<br> <br> Rudolph
