ABSA INSURANCE ADVISORS CLAIM ***

I was involved in an accident sometime in October were my bonnet just opened up in the middle of the road and luckily only the bonnet got damaged and the windscreen was still intact, I contact absa insurance and they advised me to take my vehicle to Auto magic for assessment which I did, I then requested them if I can go for a second opinion and they agreed, as I was still on the process of acquiring other quotation I had another incident where by the bonnet opened up and this time it broke the windscreen, rear mirror it dented the roof and other damages as well, I immediately called Absa roadside assistance and they assisted in towing my vehicle,I then kept on calling them to find out about the status of my claim and no one knew where my vehicle was, I then called SMD and located my vehicle went to check on it and called them to advise them where my vehicle was, the accident occurred on the 7th of November and only after several days of trying to be assisted they managed to assist me on the 14th of November to lodge and assess my vehicle, on the 15th I called for follow and they didn't assist, on the 18th I called again and was informed that the assessor was appointed and assessed my vehicle on the 14th and the claim consultant by the name of Raymond Musana who was always blatantly rude gave me the assessors no and said I should call him myself, I did that only to find out that it was the very same assessor who rejected my claim in May stating that it was a clutch and not accidental which I then fixed my car out of my own pocket. He then asked me what happed I explained to what occurred and he said he will only pay for the windscreen and nothing else as I did not claim for the bonnet when the 1st incident occurred and that the 2nd incident could have been avoided , I asked him to send a detailed report and he refused, but shockingly in just a few hours it was there, after talking to Shane Davies who is the assessor I then sent their Operational Manager Jason Govender an email on the 18/11/2019 @ 14h09/00 and email complaining about the service and the outcome stated by Shane Davies and 2 hours later a report from Shane Davies Via Raymond Musana, Jason Govender then responded and advised that claims manager by the name of Hailbree Matthews will give me feedback, I waited to no avail, I called in and left a couple of messages for her but to no avail, 2 days later I eventually got hold of her and she advised that the matter will be investigated and nothing happed as she was waiting for feedback from Shane Davies manager Alec Ellery, I called in again and asked Raymond Musuna on the 21/11/2019 to release my car and he said that he sent a request to SMD and it was never delivered to be, on the 22/11/2019 I called in again requesting for my vehicle Raymond advised that it will be delivered and Haibree Matthews will give me a call it never happened, on the 25/11/2019 @ 11h45 I called in and requested to speak to Hailbree Matthews we spoke and she conferenced the call between myself,Alec Ellery and Shane Davies, Alec protected Shane Davies by insinuating that theres no way Shane Davies can handle my claim and not provide feed back, Shane then advised them that he only started to work on my case on the 18th November 2019 but on the assessment report that I requested from Raymond Musana and stated that he assessed my vehicle on the 14/11/2019 and not on the 19/11/2019 as he stated, Alec Ellery further more said that my vehicles gasket and catcher was broken prior to the 1st incident of May 2019 I then proved to him with the photos that they had sent to me that he was lying, he then turned around and said my car needed maintenance and therefore hence the bonnet opened up I asked him to prove it and he then said we must all meet once my vehicle has been delivered to my home address and still today I wait, I called on the 26/11/2019 to follow up when my vehicle will be delivered so that we can do the inspection , I was told it will delivered later that day and it was never delivered, I then sent their Operational Manager Jason Govender an email, Alec Ellery responded and said SMD must respond as to when they will deliver my vehicle, Smangele from SMD contacted me to arrange delivery of the vehicle but still on this day the 27/11/2019 I still await delivery of my car, I have a strong believe that Shane Davies, Alec Ellery are doing that on purpose as their up to something regarding my vehicle so that they can repudiate my claim, why is my vehicle taking so long to get to me, it is over a week and I constantly need to remind them on how to do their work, I did not receive a courtesy vehicle as Alec Ellery said windscreens claims are not offered one, they know very well they I use my vehicle for work purposes and due to me not having a vehicle, I have lost a lot of money and clients due to this, I cannot even take my child to school. I'm defeated as I write this email.
