Absa - Insurance added - Money not refunded

Absa is doing my vehicle financing and each year you have to provide proof of insurance. Upon their request in February I provided them with the proof.<br> <br> Although I provided the proof, they still added an additional insurance policy without my consent. This policy's premium has been going of my bank account from Feb. I have requested ABSA,via phone and email, to stop this policy and pay back the money to me without success. <br> <br> I have not received any response from them. Must say ABSA FAILED ME AGAIN. <br> <br> The premium was added to my debit order again this month.
