ABSA Insurance - Accident

<p>My girlfriend was in an accident a week ago and nothing has been done.</p> <p>the car was taken straight to great south panel beaters, skipping the assessment center.</p> <p>after having been told the assessor assessed the car last Tuesday, we hear that he hasn't! Whose lying to us here?!?! Every day we are getting told the assessor is going to see the car!!!</p> <p>Also we listed body technique as our preferred panel beater after having seen the appalling conditions the car was kept in at great south. An upliftment request was asked if ABSA Insurance, to be sent to body technique to get the car out of there but to date the car, which is new, is still there. </p> <p>This is absolutely ridiculous service!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>the policy is under my girlfriends dads name, DR GM Govender, (082) ********** </p>
